  1. I am already subscribed to one of IOL's newsletters and I don't have a password. How do I update my details?
    You need to register as a new user to get a password. Go to the newsletter sign-in home page to register.

    You need to log in. Go to the newsletter sign-in home page to log in.

  3. How do I subscribe to more than one newsletter?
    Once you have logged in and made any changes needed to your personal details, you will see a full list of the available newsletters. Tick the "Yes, subscribe me" boxes.

  4. Where can I see an example of the newsletters?
    Go to the newsletter sign-in home page.

  5. I've forgotten my password. What do I do?
    Go to the newsletter sign-in homepage and click on the forgot my password link in the login panel.
